Beginner's Breathe and Move Kundalini Yoga

This is a class especially for those who are new to Yoga, have limited mobility due to aging or injury, prefer to take it easy or just want to keep it simple. The focus will be on modifications, practices that are not focused on physicality alone. Expect to get into your Breath and expand your energy without expending more than you must.

This is an all levels class perfect for new and seasoned students who want to practice Buti MVMNT or learn more about how it is done. 1 hour of curated movement designed to add strength, flexibility and an overall feeling of joy. Guaranteed to make you smile!!
Deep Buti Yoga

DEEP is the perfect compliment to Buti’s high-intensity format offerings. With an aim to build a better inner personal connection, DEEP intentionally + masterfully uses micro-movements and physical touch to feel yourself through the practice of mind-muscle connection. The flow allows you to dive within your mind + body through intensive core activation, body massaging, spirals, pulsing, and shaking to promote the release of emotional + physical trauma through stored energy. Utilizing the Spiral Structure Technique® it promotes cell reconfiguration so you can experience transformation at a deeper, lasting level.

The Primal Flow is the re-awakening of our primal nature through the releasing of blocked energy & uniting the Sacred Masculine & Devine Feminine in all of us!
The Primal Flow fuses dynamic and static yoga asanas, primal movement and intentionally structured sequencing. This vinyasa style yoga format is grounded in anatomical alignment, and offers direct & purposeful communication.
This powerful class structure is designed to help people reconnect to their primal nature, and find harmony & balance within.
The Primal Flow integrates the 5 elements into the movement, uses specific Pranayama Breathing techniques, and offers a powerful physical & energetic release!
Buti Yoga

Buti Yoga Classes incorporate dynamic yoga asana with plyometrics, HIIT, cardio-dance bursts & deep core conditioning. The Spiral Structure TechniqueⓇ is used to activate our deep core muscles paired with intentional Static Shaking & vibration to release trauma stored at the cellular level. The word "Buti" is an ancient Marathi word meaning "the cure to something hidden or undiscovered" implying this practice peels back the layers you wear each day and helps you get back to your true essence.

Slow Flow Yoga
11am - 12pm | Wednesdays
Join us for a mindful movement practice that honors both your body's need for gentle strength and your spirit's desire for peace. This slow flow class weaves together breath and movement in a deliberate, meditative pace that allows you to truly inhabit each pose. We'll begin with centering breathwork to ground you in the present moment, then move through a carefully sequenced series of poses that flow seamlessly from one to the next. Unlike faster-paced classes, our slow flow gives you time to explore proper alignment, deepen your breath awareness, and cultivate a moving meditation.

Yin Yoga
9:30-10:30am | Thursdays
Yin Yoga - Deep Release & Restoration Surrender into stillness with this deeply restorative practice. Yin yoga uses passive, floor-based poses held for 3-7 minutes to target connective tissues, joints, and fascia while promoting flexibility and joint mobility. Using supportive props, you'll settle into gentle postures that primarily work the hips, pelvis, and lower spine - areas where we store physical tension and emotional energy. The extended holds create space for introspection and teach you to breathe through discomfort while cultivating patience and mindfulness.
