Kundalini Yoga based Breathwork & Movement for Somatic Wellness. Get in touch with your body and learn how to clear energetic blocks by simply using your own breath, body & mind. This is an all levels class every Sunday with special series every season. 

Beginner's Breathe and Move Kundalini Yoga

9:30-11am | Tuesdays


This is a class especially for those who are new to Yoga, have limited mobility due to aging or injury, prefer to take it easy or just want to keep it simple. The focus will be on modifications, practices that are not focused on physicality alone. Expect to get into your Breath and expand your energy without expending more than you must.

Breathe and Move Kundalini Yoga

Wind Down with Adi Krishna

6 - 7pm  |  Wednesday & Thursdays

Kundalini Yoga inspired gentle movement, breathwork and meditation for letting the day go and preparing your body and mind for an evening of quality time. Includes gong bath relaxation.

Evening Flow

In Studio with Payton

6 - 7pm | Tuesdays

60 minutes of bending, stretching, reaching and working the day away from your body so that you can relax and rest for the evening.  Payton, who is also a licensed massage therapist can't wait to also offer you hands on assists to aid your practice, with your consent. Prepare to go with the flow with Payton! 

Deep Buti Yoga

6 - 7pm | Mondays & Fridays

DEEP is the perfect compliment to Buti’s high-intensity format offerings. With an aim to build a better inner personal connection, DEEP intentionally + masterfully uses micro-movements and physical touch to feel yourself through the practice of mind-muscle connection. The flow allows you to dive within your mind + body through intensive core activation, body massaging, spirals, pulsing, and shaking to promote the release of emotional + physical trauma through stored energy. Utilizing the Spiral Structure Technique® it promotes cell reconfiguration so you can experience transformation at a deeper, lasting level.

Burn

In Studio with Katelyn

7 - 8am | Wednesdays

Buti® Sculpt pairs high intensity intervals featuring plyometrics, functional movement, cardio dance and conditioning with low intensity intervals.


Buti® HotCore is a class format built for socks - use fluid drag to activate the inner and outer units of the core. Class sequencing is broken into hi/low intervals.


Buti® Bands is a resistance bands format to use high and low intervals to target body areas to complete muscle burnout.


All new for 2026!!! Katelyn at Lighthouse Yoga Studio is combining all 3 HIIT & LIIT Formats together to form a 60 minute BURN Workout to fire up your metabolism, Wednesdays 7 – 8am

What to bring to class:

  • Yoga mat (the studio has extras)

  • Socks (we will wear them for HotCore only)

  • Resistance Bands 

  • The studio will have socks and bands for sale or bring your own

Buti MVMNT

7 - 8am | Tuesdays and Thursdays

This is an all levels class perfect for new and seasoned students who want to practice Buti MVMNT or learn more about how it is done. 1 hour of curated movement designed to add strength, flexibility and an overall feeling of joy. Guaranteed to make you smile!!

Yin Yoga

In Studio with Donna

9:30-10:30am | Thursdays

Yin Yoga - Deep Release & Restoration Surrender into stillness with this deeply restorative practice. Yin yoga uses passive, floor-based poses held for 3-7 minutes to target connective tissues, joints, and fascia while promoting flexibility and joint mobility. Using supportive props, you'll settle into gentle postures that primarily work the hips, pelvis, and lower spine - areas where we store physical tension and emotional energy. The extended holds create space for introspection and teach you to breathe through discomfort while cultivating patience and mindfulness.
