The Balance Kundalini Yoga Series focuses on techniques combined to help facilitate Balance, Breath, Mudra, Eye Gaze, Movement, and Meditation. All be used to restore and bring balance to your physical and subtle bodies. This is our most popular class on Sundays 10 AM - 12 PM.

Kundalini Yoga based Breathwork & Movement for Somatic Wellness. Get in touch with your body and learn how to clear energetic blocks by simply using your own breath, body & mind. This is an all levels class.
Power Hour
12 PM to 1PM | Monday thru Friday
Power Hour is a 60 minute Kundalini Yoga class to help boost your energy FAST! This class utilizes techniques like Breath, Movement, Sound, Focus and Fun to get you up. Join us for Power Hour at 12 PM Monday through Friday in our downtown Wilmington, NC studio.
Chant & Meditate
6 PM to 7:15 PM | Tuesday and Thursday
Gentle Kundalini Yoga Class incorporating gentle stretches, movements and meditation with sound using Mantra and the Gong. This is a great way to unwind at the end of the day and balance your energy overall.
Deep by Buti Yoga

DEEP is the perfect compliment to Buti’s high-intensity format offerings. With an aim to build a better inner personal connection, DEEP intentionally + masterfully uses micro-movements and physical touch to feel yourself through the practice of mind-muscle connection. The flow allows you to dive within your mind + body through intensive core activation, body massaging, spirals, pulsing, and shaking to promote the release of emotional + physical trauma through stored energy. Utilizing the Spiral Structure Technique® it promotes cell reconfiguration so you can experience transformation at a deeper, lasting level. Designed to prevent injuries, restore innervation, and assist in the recovery of bladder/uterine prolapse + diastasis recti, students who seek out DEEP are purposeful in their practice. Class duration ranges from 75-90 minutes with a 7-minute savasana. *NOTE* We do not recommend practicing DEEP while pregnant due to the intense compression of the abdomen. DEEP is great for postpartum + highly recommended after being released by a physician.
Primal Flow
7 AM to 8 AM | Tuesday / Thursday
Primal Flow allows you to tap into your primal energy through a more structured + traditional vinyasa class while still embodying Buti movement and philosophies. Targeting the release of your divine feminine + masculine energy, Primal Flow helps create a balanced expression of who you are. The mix of traditional yoga influences and Buti inspiration creates a seamlessly balanced space for expansion through primal movement and inner stillness to activate the mind, body + soul.
Buti Yoga
7 AM to 8 AM | Wednesdays
9:30-11 AM Saturdays
Buti Yoga Classes incorporate dynamic yoga asana with plyometrics, HIIT, cardio-dance bursts & deep core conditioning. The Spiral Structure TechniqueⓇ is used to activate our deep core muscles paired with intentional Static Shaking & vibration to release trauma stored at the cellular level. The word "Buti" is an ancient Marathi word meaning "the cure to something hidden or undiscovered" implying this practice peels back the layers you wear each day and helps you get back to your true essence.
